We strive to process and ship all orders within a reasonable timeframe. However, fulfillment times may vary depending on demand, availability, or unforeseen delays.
Dirty Magazine is not liable for any orders that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit once the shipment has left our facility and has been accepted by the carrier. Risk of loss and title for items pass to the customer upon delivery to the carrier.
If you believe your order has been lost or stolen, you must file a claim directly with the shipping carrier. We are happy to provide any shipping information necessary to assist you in your claim.
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds except in cases where the item received is defective or incorrect. Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence.
